The hustle of creativity.

Throughout my life, art and creativity has been extremely prevalent in my upbringing. I never really learned how to express myself in any of these ways until I was around 16 years old, and started to become more mature and discover my inner passions.

Fashion was indefinitely the second thing, besides soccer that truly sparked a motivation in me, and allowed me to be able to see where I wanted to end up. Reading articles in relation to runway, watching fashion shows, and following a bunch of fashion related pages.

This fuelled the inner fire in me to make my own clothing, and thus @pyramidtoronto was born.

This was my own line of clothing I created while I was still in high school and did not have another source of income. It was the perfect yin/yang as I was able to do something I love and also hustle to make money at the same time.

Another way I found to make money was by incorporating my vast knowledge and extremely time consuming hobby of thrift shopping for myself and, thrifting/curating vintage pieces to sell through instagram locally.

The page is called @flvmevtg and at the time i was very passionate about my product, and doing daily & weekly drops for my followers.

This hobby provided me with some pocket money to use while working part-time and as a student as well while being able to get rid of excess clothing that was lying around and which I had no interest in wearing.

Writing spouted when I was around 18 years old.

I was struggling in college with all my classes, but the one subject I seemed to strive in was english. My family has always said I have “a way with words”,

I never truly believed it until I began writing these articles/opinion pieces to gain praise from many people on social media. I have also written for upcoming companies to help with company statements and marketing strategies, which is great experience for an upcoming creative in the writing industry.

Through these experiences not only has my creative/artistic prowess matured over the years, but also myself as a person.

My love for writing vast pieces for numerous different topics will not stop, and I will keep hustling to work until I am where I want to be.
